She Looks So Hot In These Pics!

Friday, March 21st, 2008

I’ll tell you what…Nicole Kidman is an actress.  Not the best actress, but I’m pretty sure she’s good enough to atleast fake-enjoy a Keith Urban show.  She was spotted recently at one of her husband’s concerts and looked like this?  Are you kidding me?  I get that she’s pregnant and probably tired a lot.  But when you know there are going to be camera’s on you at all times, might be a good idea to not look so bored at the show.  Not only does she look bored, she looks a little haggard.  here’s the full story…

For his adoring fans, watching Keith Urban perform on stage is a thrilling experience. However, for wife Nicole Kidman, it’s a time when she can try to sneak a quick forty winks. The mum-to-be didn’t even attempt to hide her boredom, as she yawned the night away – even looking as though she was secretly checking her watch at one point. Luckily for Grammy-winner Keith, 40, while his missus was nodding off, the thrilled audience was nodding along to his music at the gig in Byron Bay, western Australia. On fan said: “Keith gave a blistering performance – but Nicole looked as though she had seen it all before and wished she was somewhere else.” However, Country and Western singer Keith, failed to notice his wife’s apparent boredom, and continued to belt out his hits … And, after the performance, it was straight back to the airport for the couple, where Nicole again revealed more than she wanted to - this time flashing her lacy underwear as she boarded the flight.

Because “Imbecile” Was Too Hard To Spell..

I’ll tell you what…The man in the photograph above is one Floyd Beebes, a 48 year-old felon from Central Florida who, as you may or may not have noticed, has comedian Larry the Cable Guy’s poorly-spelled catchphrase “Git-R-Done” tattooed prominently - and even more poorly spelled - on his forehead.  Go ahead, take a few moments to marvel at the supreme beauty of this work of skin art!

It Keeps Getting Better…

Thursday, March 13th, 2008

I’ll tell you what…Eliot Spitzer’s gal pal “Kristen” has been identified as Ashley Dupré, a 22 year old aspiring singer from Jersey. But perhaps the most shocking thing about this young lady isn’t so much that she rakes in almost $5,000 for 3 hours of “her time”, but moreso that Celine Dion is one of her Top 8 Myspace Friends.

This Just In…

Wednesday, March 5th, 2008

I’ll tell you what…The New York Post is confirming the very sad news that Patrick Swayze has, in fact, been diagnosed with terminal cancer that may tragically cut his life short.  Wow … this is incredibly sad news. It should be noted that The National Enquirer was the first media outlet to report this news … considering the source, I didn’t want to believe it.  With movies like Roadhouse and Dirty Dancing, who isn’t Crazy for Swayze.

UPDATE: His rep issued this statement to TMZ, “Patrick Swayze has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and is currently undergoing treatment. Patrick’s physician Dr. George Fisher states, ‘Patrick has a very limited amount of disease and he appears to be responding well to treatment thus far. All of the reports stating the timeframe of his prognosis and his physical side effects are absolutely untrue. We are considerably more optimistic.’ Patrick is coninuing his normal schedule during this time, which includes working on upcoming projects. The outpouring of support and concern he has already received from the public is deeply appreciated by Patrick and his family.”

 Thoughts and Prayers, Patrick….

Don’t Forget…And Why.

Monday, March 3rd, 2008

I’ll tell you what…Unless you like being teased — or late for work — mark this SUNDAY, MARCH 9th on your calendar so you don’t forget to change your clocks the night before. MARCH 9th marks the beginning of daylight savings time. This is the second year that adds four weeks of “spring forward” time. It’s because of the Energy Policy Act passed by Congress three years ago.

Legislators intended the four extra weeks to save about 280,000 barrels of oil — 10,000 each day. The change takes daylight-saving time up to NOVEMBER 2nd.

The spring/fall time change began during World War I, put into effect to save energy for war production by taking advantage of the later hours of daylight between APRIL and OCTOBER. It was reinstituted during World War II for the same reason.

Time officially changes at 2a., the hour chosen because it seemed least interruptive to schedules.
