I’ll tell you what…Chris Cagle and his girlfriend were jailed today after “Drunken Fight”.  It started in the home Chris Cagle shares with his girlfriend, Jennifer Tant and apparently escalated from there. According to today’s Tennessean, police responded at 4:00 a.m. and when it was all said and done, Cagle and Tant were charged with misdemeanor assault charges and tossed in the slammer. The police affidavit says both were intoxicated and in an unfortunate, “he said-she said” scenario, Cagle claims Tant hit him in the head with an umbrella; Tant countered with an allegation that Cagle struck her with her own purse. The Davidson Country Sheriff’s Department says there is a mandatory 12-hour jail stay before Cagle and Tant can post $1,500 bonds.
