I’ll tell you what…this pic of Amy Winehouse makes me so thankful for country radio.  ‘Nuff said.

I’ll tell you what…Speed Racer didn’t do so well this past weekend.  I know I’m not planning on seeing it anytime soon.  It’s just not my bag.  But, in discovering more and more ways to screw around at work, I found this.   TypeRacer, the website where you can measure your typing speed against friends or strangers during the workday.  I’m already addicted!

The cool thing about the site is that its typing tests incorporate passages from cool movies, songs and books, like Monty Python and the Holy Grail, A Clockwork Orange and Stephen Colbert’s I Am America (And So Can You!). So far, I’ve fared pretty well against strangers, though there’s no way I come close to the top 20 users. (Seriously, 216 words per minute? Are these people robots?)

I’ll tell you what…JOHN MICHAEL MONTGOMERY has voluntarily checked himself into a rehabilitation treatment center at an undisclosed location for substance abuse and has cancelled all concert dates and personal appearances for the next 30 days.

In a statement, JOHN MICHAEL said: “I will be disappearing for a while to try and defeat the demons that have stripped me of my energy of life and good health for so many years now. I assure you that however long it may take, I’m gonna fight to the end and come out stronger.”

I’ll tell you what…CHRIS CAGLE made a young girl’s dream come true by accompanying her to her junior/senior prom last Saturday.  DANIELLE “BELLA” ROMEO, a 17-year old girl who suffers from a rare, unknown seizure disorder, had CAGLE on her arm while attending prom at the MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL prom at VICTORIA COMMUNITY CENTER in VICTORIA, TX.  She first met him last OCTOBER at a benefit concert and the two immediately hit it off. 

BELLA’s mom, NIPAL CORDER, said: “CHRIS, a gentlemen we hardly know, took my child by the arm, and I could see it in his eyes, his honor in the moment. This is a ‘forever’ moment for my daughter and a blessing not only to her, but our entire community. The community’s response to this man’s kindness has been overwhelming. I believe CHRIS CAGLE was a gift in our lives, I believe he blessed this child and our community who has embraced this story. He’s given strength and unity to me and BELLA and our entire community.” 

A rare feel-good story!  Way to go Chris!

I’ll tell you what…You can actually buy Dwight’s Xterra from last week’s episode of The Office, which would be totally hilarious to do if you didn’t have to actually buy an Xterra. (eBay)  Sorry Mandy.

I’ll tell you what…Miley Cyrus has canceled an appearance at a charity event in the wake of this week’s nude shoulder scandal. To whoever was supposed to benefit from that charity: sorry this country is insane.
